Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. A formal engagement only begins upon the execution of a signed service agreement between Steheha Properties Ltd and the client.

- Grant us reasonable access to the property as necessary to carry out agreed services
- Make payments promptly in accordance with the agreed schedule
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the delivery of our services

5. Fees and Payment
Our fees are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services. We reserve the right to revise our fee schedule with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice. Invoices are due within the payment period specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Limitation of Liability
Steheha Properties Ltd will use reasonable care and skill in the delivery of its services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from our services
- Loss of rental income, loss of property value, or third-party claims not directly caused by our negligence
- Events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, utility failures, or contractor delays
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
